We sell our meat directly to you. There is no middle man. We are selling our meats boxed which gives you more variety.
How is your beef prepared?
Our beef is processed at a local, government licensed and inspected abattoir. They age the meat for 14—21 days, then wrap your cuts in traditional brown butcher paper.
Immediately after cutting, your meat is fresh-frozen. This keeps the beef safe from bacteria.
